Hanna Hegan

Senior Event Director

Hanna began her early career working in theatre and Stage Management at the Selwyn Tertiary Performing Arts School. After having graduated with excellence she moved into television production for Screentime New Zealand and Great Southern Films; working on the awarding Police Ten 7 series and other notable documentaries.

From the film and television arena she moved formally into Event Management as the Event Manager for New Zealand’s first “40 Hours of Fame” event for World Vision. The event drew an audience from across the nation, involving some of the countries top musicians and celebrities, raising considerable awareness for the charity, nationally and globally.

This was followed by another stint in the charity sector as the Relationship Developer for Oxfam New Zealand – successfully signing four major sponsors to New Zealand’s largest fundraising event Oxfam Trailwalker; raising 1.2 million dollars.

After sufficient experience and relationships built in the charity sector, Hanna easefully moved into the corporate space as a Campaign Manager for some of New Zealand’s leading brands, managing the experiential events for Coca Cola, Nivea and Jim Beam. Here she launched a cutting edge brand campaign for Coca Cola, taking the event on the road across the country.

Again leading in the corporate space, Hanna moved to one of New Zealand’s largest Telco’s, Telecom New Zealand, managing their international events in Singapore, Paris and Hawaii.
